Dose da Mar chocolate gelato goes by the nickname ‘fino de aroma’, i.e. fine flavour: an acknowledgment of the quality of the single origin ingredients used to make it. One of these is chocolate from Santo Domingo, of the dark variety with a strong cocoa profile, highlighted by a pleasant bittersweet taste with persistent floral and fruity notes. It contains 70% cocoa and 42% cocoa butter.
